The programme is a multi-level marketing scheme that promises to set any South Africa older than 18 years up in business. Each Sales rep is encouraged to introduce a minimum of five people a week to buy the Courses and investment products with premiums of around R1666 each for 3 months or R5000 once of. 

The Sales rep gets a slice of commission from the premiums paid by each of these five people. And if one or more of the five become students and decide to become sales reps themselves, introducing new clients, the original versatile rep gets commission. This continues for 3 levels.

Promoter : Commission

Marketer : Basic + Commission

Manager : Basic + bonus + Commission
